Who We Are

Nexa Capital was founded on April 22, 2026. The idea was simple: a financial system, similar to a bank, that only uses revenue towards investments and doesn't touch the customer's account balance. What this became is a nonprofit, guaranteed-full-holdings, low-interest-lending, credit-union-style financial institution. That doesn't really roll off the tongue though, so we call it Nexa Capital.

Nexa Capital's owners are SpaceGandalf and Valen, and together with our senior partner Ant, we developed the institution we have today. A more exhaustive list of our staff and other partners can be seen here. However, NC is not only our staff, but every member that joins as well. By participating in NC, customers open the doors to other service opportunities, and the ability for NC to give back to the server as a whole.

Why We Are

This entire project started as a means to reinvent a previous project, on a different game, that the founders SpaceGandalf and Valen had run. That game had died, and so the two migrated to CivMC with the goal of doing something new, better, and stronger.

What We Do

Built with a financial system — providing interest, lending, and more as its backbone — Nexa Capital can and will provide other services, both in-game and digital. Our financial system provides easy access to affordable loan opportunities, long-term savings, and digital transfers between nations, businesses, and individuals, and much more. Importantly, it provides a staging ground: a foundation on which other services can be built. With 100% account holdings, and the ability to transfer these diamonds digitally, the possibilities are limitless.

Aside from the services offered by NC, charitable operations are planned and budgeted for, paid via the revenue that NC and all of its affiliate services produce. These charitable operations will include, but not be limited to, newfriend nation startup funds, funds to assist in server-wide infrastructure projects, and verified nonpolitical low- or no-cost damage-repair insurance — and much more, with some very big plans in mind.
